I want to tell you that the Japanese people are very lucky they got average of 93,693 Mbits per second internet speed on 2007 which is the best average speeds in the world. Wish I were there 😀 . According to 2009 DSL Broadband speed Rankings in world Korean internet speeds are fastest now. They got their connection on Fiber-Optic cable with free VOIP.
