This post is about another crack/Hack . Today im going to write about simple,100% free , and fast method to unlock huawei HSDPA (3G,3.5G) dongles/Modems. You can use this feature for unlock these huawei modems-

I think you know the meaning of locked dongles. That means that dongles locked for using one career which you bought the modem from.
Check your modem for its imei ( Its usually printed on modem) And see this post to calculate your unlock code.

Voila. After obtaining your code download this simple software to enter the unlock code to your HSPA modem- Download it here – http://http://www.ruchirablog.com/go/code-writer
Then run it-
Click detect and slect your modem from list then click accept.
Then click Unlock Modem and enter your 8 digit unlock code that you got from the forum members-
Then click ok. Whopas Its done. Next post will be about activating hidden voice calling feature for free in many huawei modems. Enjoy your unlocked modem and use it wisely.

U can simply calculate the unlock code and then do as suggested in the Ruchira’s forum and then check out the network settings i.e; access point just give access point name as bsnlnet for bsnl user and soon definetly it will work.

hi bharat ,i have the same modem and i unlocked it permanently using “cdma workshop”.i unlocked it a long time ago and so cant guide u to the link.find it in google.this is blogged by a guy named nikhil thomas.dont use sola gsm it it temporary unlock method.if i remember he also gave a download for the huawei voice enabled dash also,however i have not flashed my card with it.gdluck narn@bom

It seems maybe that Huawei have had a small victory.
I see everyone with the Huawei E353 (E353Wu-1) cannot unlock.

you dont need code writer! just enter different sim ex-dialog and then it will ask for unlock code and you can enter it there!

YES! And you will have to enter network settings such as APN to corresponding network!

I’ve earlier unlocked my vodafone 3G usb stick, But now when I run the unlock rar and enter the unlock code it shows ERROR. If I enter my reliance 3G sim then how to enter APN no. What value I should enter for APN number? Please guide me. I have already installed REliance 3G software on my PC.

Then I tried to install “Mobile Partner” software which deleted my existing vodafone software from USB. Now I’m not able use either vodafor or reliance 3g. Pl. help me to either restore back vodafone setting or run vodafone /reliance 3g sim with mobile partner setting.

hello Ruchira, happy newyear. thanks for the blog. i have huawei e1552. i have through all the stuff explained and got the imei, unlock code, flash code and have downloaded the software and ran it good. my problem now is the unlocking software is not detecting the port/ unit. i have turn off the internet and quite the service provider but to no avail. please please help. a poor student here.

hi! its me again, i have manage to unlock the device but my problem now is connect error when trying to connect with other service provider. The problem i was having during unlocking is firewall/antivirus blocking the port way. i did turn off the internet connection and then the firewall/antivirus and all went good. just the connection now. will keep on trying. thanks for every effort in making this happen. here the service providers who sold us this devices are rubbing us like hell and glad that there is a wizard out there to help the masses.

Hi again, i have done all the big job but came across a bigger problem.”authentication”. it accept all sim cards but when trying to connect to the net, it breaks. i have gone to the settings and i saw user name and password in stars. i have tried to crack the password of the original provider “ORANGE” but access to change the password is unavailable. Please help me with that if you can. i think because of this password i can only connect to orange.
