Unlike paid complicated news letter delivery services you can use feedburner to deliver email feed to your subscribers. Feedburner has this service since years but most of feedburner users don’t use their email feed service.
Its completely free and you can activate it by visiting your feedburner control panel. And feedburner provide widget codes to embed subscribing box on your blog.
you can see the box on ruchirablog side bar. And your subscribers will need to confirm by on email to be added to the reader list. Its easy as confirming a facebook profile on email.
